10 Minute Meditation Privacy Policy

Kindred, Inc. does not collect or store any user data via its app, "10 Minute Meditation", on any external servers.  All user data is saved directly to the user's device.  Data submitted to the Apple Health app is not collected or stored remotely by Kindred, Inc. in any way.  The user is 100% responsible for their own data, and Kindred, Inc. is relieved of any and all liability pertaining to the accidental, intentional, stolen, or otherwise any other form of dissemination of a user's personal data.  A user may clear all of their personal data locally stored on their device at any time in the Settings section of the app.  A user may further clear any data submitted to the Apple Health app by "10 Minute Meditation" via the Apple Health app or by completely deleting "10 Minute Mediation" from the device on which it is running, and selecting to clear all relevant Apple Health data.
